Yoga practice and beautiful life

Yoga is gradually being spread and planned all over the world. Yoga is an ancient ascetic system of practice that combines physical, internal, and spiritual hobbies to achieve peace and happiness in our body and mind.

Regular yoga is necessary to maintain a healthy body. The effects of yoga on both body and mind are immense. Yoga helps to overcome mental inertia and lethargy. Yoga can control several states of mind like anger, restlessness.

Yoga for good health:

1) Yoga maintains balance in the body.

2) Yoga improves sleep in insomnia patients.

3) Helps to keep fit by removing body fatigue and weakness.

5) Increases body efficiency. Increases energy levels in people.

Now let's know, which yoga is most beneficial or effective to reduce any disease:

Respiratory problems:


Siddhasana is effective in dealing with such problems. Keeping the spine straight and legs folded, inhale and exhale slowly. It looks very similar to Padmasana. Siddhasana increases blood circulation as well as lung function.

Digestive problems:


Pawanmuktasana or Supt Vajrasana can be done to reduce digestive problems. Lying down in Pawanmuktasana, first, fold the right leg and place it against the stomach. The left leg will then be straight. After that, the left leg should be folded and placed on the stomach in the same way. The right leg will then be straight. Reduces gas, heartburn, indigestion, and constipation and increases appetite.

Knee Pain:


The elevation is beneficial for reducing knee pain. Chair raises and lowers i.e. Seated Leg Raise or Pelvis Bridge (Pelvis Bridge is done lying down and bending the knees upwards). This causes the Thai muscles to contract or expand.

Neck Pain:


Practicing isometric pressure for neck pain will help. Take two hands behind the head and press the head with the hands to straighten the neck. In this way, the head should be turned around and pressed. Even if you press the chin with your hand while lying down (Bhujangasana), it also puts pressure on the neck.

To reduce belly and hip fat:


Ardha Kurmasana is very effective in reducing excess belly and hip fat. Sit in Vajrasana on the ground. Now straighten the two hands and raise them above the head and join the two hands together. The stomach and chest should stick to the thighs. In this state, count to twenty in your mind. Slowly sit upright and rest in Shavasana.

Benefits of Yoga for Women:

1. According to experts, yoga helps women maintain their body shape.

2. Yoga practice gives flexibility to women's bodies which helps in normal delivery during pregnancy or
    childbirth.

3. During menopause women face problems like thyroid problems, weight gain, etc. At this time this
   yoga keeps women away from these problems and helps them lead healthy lives.

4. Yoga is also essential for the regular menstrual cycle in women. Adhering to a complete diet is just as
    important as yoga or exercise.

What to eat before yoga:

It is most healthy to do yoga early in the morning. In this case, the body has less energy after getting up in the morning. We need the energy to do yoga. So those who do yoga in the morning should eat a banana 40 minutes before yoga.

You can also include dry fruits or any protein-rich food in the list. It can be any fruit or you can also put eggs. Oatmeal can also be kept for breakfast. Apart from these, you can eat curd after breakfast. But if you do yoga in the evening, you should eat nuts, pulses, salad, or pulses an hour before yoga.

What to eat after yoga:

It is a grave mistake if you drink water while doing yoga. You should drink water after at least 20 to 25 minutes. Eat a nutritious diet after yoga. You must have protein in your diet.

For this, you can eat cheese, eggs, salad, fruit, or fruit juice. After yoga, you can take a protein shake. Apart from this, remember to keep sandwiches, nuts, or dry fruits in the diet. If there is any food allergy problem, then take the doctor's advice and make a perfect diet chart.
