Some effective ways to stay fit in life

We all know that health is the root of all happiness. Those who are in good health are much happier in life. A healthy body is the root of all this happiness. When people have a healthy and normal body, self-confidence increases automatically. When self-confidence increases then interest and desire for general work increases. It also improves life. But if the health is not good then there is no desire to work. So we must remember our own health.

Who doesn't want to look beautiful and fit? And if this beauty and fitness can be maintained for a long time, then there is no point! A lot of things are needed to retain beauty, fitness, and youth for a long time. A well-known proverb says, "It is better to be careful before danger strikes." Indeed, some diseases cannot be avoided. However, there are many belongings you can do to avoid getting sick easily or to stop illness. Let's take a glance at some easy ways to remain evergreen.

1. Follow good hygiene rules

It is especially important to wash your hands at certain times so that you can keep yourself and others healthy. Basically, wash your hands during these times.

  • After using the toilet.

  • After changing the baby's diaper or using the toilet.

  • Clean the wound or cut area before and after applying the drugs.

  • Before and after going to see a sick person.

  • Before preparing food, serving it, or eating it.

It can also cause cholera, fatal diarrhea, typhoid, hepatitis, and other infectious diseases. According to one estimate, 1.7 billion people suffer from diarrhea each year, mainly because of drinking contaminated water.

3 Take care of the food

This list should include fruits and vegetables and a spread of foods. When buying bread, cereals, pasta, or rice, look at the list of ingredients on the packet so that you can choose husky foods.   • You can keep the load right or bring the proper amount of weight

  • Depression can reduce the risk of disease.

  • Can reduce the risk of premature death.

If you do not exercise, you may be at risk of:

  • Heart disease.

  • Type 2 diabetes.

  • High blood pressure.

  • High cholesterol.

  • Stroke.

Which type of exercise is right for you depends on your age and health, so it is wise to consult a doctor before starting any new exercise. According to various experts, young boys and girls and teenagers should do at least 60 minutes of light to heavy exercise every day. Adults should do 150 minutes of sunshine exercise or 75 minutes of heavy exercise per week.

Choose the things you enjoy doing. You may be able to do these things, such as playing basketball, tennis, and football, jogging, cycling, gardening, cutting wood, swimming, boating, jogging, or other aerobics. 5. Get enough sleep

How much sleep an individual needs depends on the individual. Most newborns sleep 16 to 18 hours a day; 1-3-year-old boys and girls sleep about 14 hours and 3-4-year-old boys and girls sleep about 11 or 12 hours. Boys and girls who go to school need at least 10 hours of sleep, teenagers about 9 or 10 hours, and adults with 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
